Bag filled nicely. Convenient to use - purchased in preparation then filled in one go so that fly tippers couldn’t add their rubbish when we weren’t around.
Bag taken away within 2 days

Overall an easy process though I found instructions on plasterboard very confusing with website saying one thing (separate it out), the leaflet with the bag another (must put it in its own hippo bag) and yet another instruction advised by chat (put it in clear plastic bags in the hippo bag you have). Bag delivered and collected promptly and would defo use again if needed. Plasterboard was in clear plastic bags in the hippo bag we had in the end!

What an easy way to have a skip. We put it on the front garden and didn't have the inconvenience of the drive being blocked. We took our time to fill it up and collection was quick and simple.

Simple and easy to deal with. The advantage over skips is that you can take your time to fill the bag.

Great for a limited space, we live in a terraced house with limited parking so a proper skip is a problem, this was a perfect fit in the front garden and size wise enough for our waste, the price was cheaper than a skip and the driver who collected it was a pleasure to deal with, if you’re limited with space then these are perfect.

The website was very easy and quick to use when arranging collection. The collection itself, was extremely prompt.

Worked well for a bathroom rip out. Efficient service. A clearer pick up window would be an improvement.

Easy to set up account, had mega bag way longer than a skip as had on going renovations, so really convenient, easy to access and offload rubbish into.
Convenient collection time and great driver collecting where nothing was too much trouble, would recommend to all trade and private for small household job waste removal.

Refused to collect even tho the parameters were met, was plenty of space to pick up the bag but the driver refused and the management refused to send someone else even after I'd sent pictures showing how much room was available. They clearly need to change the flawed parameters they use! They then tried to charge me an additional!! £145.00 for man with a van pickup. So I'd be paying £184.99 for nothing then £145.00.. Absolute scammers. Do not use this company for rubbish collection! They just take as much money as they can from you, even when you prove the driver was just being lazy. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING HIPPOWASTE!!!

Talking absolute nonsense. I sent a picture to you lot that shows there's a massive amount of room.. Your parameters are flawed and you just wanted the extra money. Ridiculous service.. Such a waste of my time.. I hope no one else wastes time and money on your scam company.

They have been fantastic. I made an error in my bag and collection. Emailed the team and all resolved without a fuss and bag collected next day. Will only use Hippo in the future.

Straightforward - bag comes in post, use it when you need it and book collection online when done. As long as bag is accessible you don’t need to be in - they just come and fetch it. All worked well for us

Easy to obtain and the fact you can have them for six months prior to collection taking the pressure off completing the job in the limited time a skip for an equivalent cost would be. Collection efficient and electronically notified not requiring us to be at the premises - so good, we’ve just ordered another!

Big waste disposal bag delivery within 24 hours.
Online arrangement for pick up.
Lorry with crane came to remove the bag 48 hours later.
Not cheap - but very efficient service.
